Complete licensing requirements and sales training
Effectively source business prospective clients
Implement strategies to cultivate personal target markets.
Effectively source referrals, assess client’s financial needs
Provide financial advice to clients on investment strategies based on their financial and investment objectives
Job Requirements and Preferences:
The best Financial Advisors are analytical self-starters who can offer specialized advice and help clients meet their wealth management needs.
20 – 50 years old
College graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Finance or other related field is a plus)
The commitment and relationship-building skills crucial to establishing long-term clients
At least 1 year work experience from industries engaged in Pharmaceutical sales, Automotive sales, Real Estate, Inbound and Outbound BPO, Banking, and/or Recruitment (is a definite plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, time-management and organization skills
Ability to listen to client needs and provide financial solutions
Strong people skills with an established network of personal and business contacts.
