Responsibilities:
• Training Program Implementation
• Monitoring of Training Effectiveness and Follow-up
• Administrative and Operational Efficiency
• Submits the following reports:
• Training Feedback Report
• Weekly Workplan
• Weekly Project List
• Other reports that may be required
Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Have at least two (2) years experience in training facilitation/teaching
• Should not have worked in any more than two companies in the last 6 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
